Yes- all of our products are gluten free. But we guarantee nobody will know by eating it.
We Bake It, You Take It!
RegCakes offers a pick-up-only wedding cake service. We bake & stack & decorate your cake. We build in supports between layers & through the whole cake; then we box it securely and chill it thoroughly, so that it will travel well. When you are ready, you or a friend can pick it up, take it to its destination, and slide it out of its box. Simple!
We Build the perfect base, You embellish It
We create the eye-catching tower of deliciousness, setting you up with a beautiful background for your own florals, topper, or other additions. Options abound: mountains of fruit, textured icing patterns, ombre colors or bling, cascades of buttercream flowers, painted-on color, ganache drips all around.... Our cakes can certainly stand alone as a dessert centerpiece as well as showcase your personal decorations.

Wedding Cake Size Options

RegCakes Wedding Cakes start at $5.50 per serving.
It does not cost extra for a different flavor per tier.
Price increases with customization, such as:
- Deluxe flavors, ganache drips, and fresh fruit or jam.
- Buttercream flowers, special piping techniques & detail work
- Custom color-matching, sparkles & bling, other additions
We are not currently equipped in our little bakery to handle very elaborate designs or fondant-covered cakes. But we'll make it simply beautiful.

Do you offer cake tastings?
The best way to try a variety of RegCakes flavors is to come into our bakery and build yourself a cupcake variety box. We keep our cupcake case full of an everchanging selection for our customers. If there are specific flavors you want to be sure to taste, give us a call a week or so in advance, and we'll be sure to have them available for you. Remember-- some flavors are seasonally unavailable, so you may have to wait a few months in order for those flavors to come back around.

How far in advance to I need to order?
We recommend that you get on the schedule as soon as possible, up to a year before the wedding date. Some weekends do fill up quickly-- especially during busy seasons like spring/graduation/Mother's Day, and some other holiday weekends. There is always a chance we can accommodate a wedding cake order within a few weeks, but we can't guarantee that.

How far in advance do I need to place a special order?
We recommend placing your special order at least 48 hours in advance. However, we understand that sometimes things come up last minute, so please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long can my cake sit out?
RegCakes are currently safe to store at room temperature indefinitely. An exception to this may be if your cake contains sliced fruit (please refrigerate). However, we recommend storing the cake in a fridge as long as possible for several reasons: Chilling lengthens the life of the cake; it makes it more sturdy to transport & move; and a chilled cake makes for beautiful slices!

Do I need to make a down payment?
Yes- in order to get your order officially placed on the schedule (not to be crowded out by other orders), you will need to make a non-refundable deposit of $150, which will be credited toward the total cost of your cake.

Can I request a design other than the ones pictured?
Yes. Regina will be happy to discuss more design options for your cake. The main point is to keep it simple. We can accommodate some different textures, colors, sparkles, and simple details like gold edging, pearls, and other simple details. We simply do not have the staffing available right now to accommodate custom design work beyond that.
